A decent sized cottage in an excellent location for good walks, both in the countryside and for the coast. The cottage is well heated being warm and snug in winter. It has a large garden with lawns and flower beds together with outbuildings containing games equipment suitable for children. The garden furniture is wooden and not as comfortable as it looks....

My wife and I love staying at Marlborough Cottage and keep coming back, summer and winter. Its setting, in a beautiful valley, is tranquil. The house is quiet and comfortable; the garden is a treat.

We had such a wonderful stay at Marlborough Cottage! The cottage and garden were beautiful and well maintained, and we were so impressed by the thoughtful details such as fresh flowers in the house, biscuits for the dog and blankets for the sofa (also for the dog). The cottage was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. The owner was brilliant, so helpful and welcoming in her messages and provided some fantastic recommendations which made our holiday perfect! We can't wait to return....

Marlborough Cottage is a delightful English country cottage. The setting is exquisite, in a beautiful and peaceful valley. The garden and summer house are lovely. We have stayed at least six times in the last three years or so (summer and winter) and will be returning....
