The location and property were excellent especially if there are several adults. Still had your privacy but a good size property to socialise. Although wet it wasn't really cold enough to use the woodburner so couldn't comment on that. Overall the property is excellent with really comfy beds and pillows....

We enjoyed our week at this property. It is in a great location for lots of places to visit including the beaches, and only a 10 minute walk from local shops in Braunton. Despite being on the edge of a residential area it was very quiet. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious, with a well equipped kitchen and nice garden....
