Nudlis Lodge is a lovely clean cottage, off the beaten track. Ok as a base to visit North Devon. You definately need a car to get around. Lots of places to visit, Bude, Appledore, Instow (great sandy beach for dogs) also further on, Croyde, Woolacombe, Saunton and Braunton, great for surfers. There are a couple of walks from the lodge to walk your dog but no amenities on site. If you want a quiet holiday away from the madding crowds, this lodge certainly fits the bill....

I would highly recommend a stay at Nudli's Lodge. It's set in a quiet woodland setting surrounded by lovely countryside. The lodge Is very comfortable, spacious and has all you need to have a wonderful stay. It's location enables you to visit amazing beaches and picturesque villages with only a short drive. It was lovely to sit out on the verandah in the morning sun for breakfast or fire up the BBQ in the evening. As a family of four needing some quality time together, Nudli's Lodge was the perfect getaway. We hope to have a return visit in the future. ...

Nudli's is off the beaten track and perfect for stepping off the travelator of life. The huge variety of trees and meadow plants are filled with insects and a good variety of birds. The cottage is superbly equipped and comfortable. Our summer break was cool and rainy, but Nudli's was warm and snug!...

Classic Cottages are an extremely good company and look after your every need. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Nudli’s Lodge and feel very at home there. This lodge is ideal for us. It is in a peaceful location but close to walks and great pubs as well as the coast. The parking is also v close to the lodge. It is also well equipped and the welcome pack was a fantastic surprise and v useful. We have stayed in more expensive places where there has been nothing so this was a great thought - thanks!
