We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage which is in a lovely peaceful setting. The cottage is very well equipped, comfy and spacious even with 3 generations staying there. It was an added bonus to have the snug room for the kids with a second TV! There are no facilities in Burlawn apart from a little playground so it does mean having to drive everywhere but it’s only a 5-10 minute drive into Wadebridge which has everything you need including 2 nice butchers, a fishmonger, chemist, supermarkets and pubs. There is a lovely nearby forest about a 10 minute walk away but it is very steep and unfortunately bit too challenging for our aged Labrador but would be perfect for those with young, fit dogs! ...

Absolutely wonderful property. So cosy and yet spacious. We stayed with our young 3 children who loved the snug to play games and watch TV. Wadebridge is a superb town with really local feel. We had a very relaxing Christmas break in Well Cottage. Thank you!...

A lovely and quiet location but with easy access to some super towns and beaches. Great for cycling on the Camel Trail, eating out / shopping in Padstow and outdoor Karting nearby.
