This property is a high quality cottage. It is very well-equipped. We cooked for 6 every day without any problems. The third bedroom is better for two children than two adults. There is however plenty of space and the garden is very scenic. We would recommend the nearby farm shop. It is a good location for exploring north Cornwall by car and Truro is easily reachable too....

We had a lovely week at the Homestead. As a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, the Homestead has enough space so everyone could spread out if needed, but also come together around the dining table or in the cosy living room. The location was peaceful and perfect for walking the dogs or a morning run, and the beaches were only a short drive away. We will definitely come back to the Homestead as it ticks our boxes. ...

The Homestead was the best cottage we have stayed in. It is in an amazing location close to the best beaches, absolutely beautiful property with a secure sun soaked garden. It was beautifully furnished, fully equipped and had fab Internet for the teens. Everything had been thought about and we will definitely be back....

The homestead was a fabulous place to stay, the interior is of excellent quality and very spacious indeed, the garden is well kept and also of high quality, with the added bonus of a stream running along side it. The cottage location is great with a small Ford on the road, very private setting and great for astronomy if the night sky is clear. Overall this is a little gem ...
