This house is very convenient if you are having a holiday without a car. It is a short walk from the railway station, local shops in the town centre and a cycle hire shop. There are lovely cycle routes alongside the estuary or to Budleigh Salterton. The house is also near to the marina, for trips across the River Exe and along the coast by boat....

Thoroughly recommend a stay at Seashells. Great location for the beaches in Exmouth and as a base for further days out. House is super clean, cosy and comfortable. Really enjoyed the welcome of cake and Prosecco.
