St Andrews is a special place, great for multi-generational family gatherings. Living inside a converted church is a unique experience. The property could do with some TLC, a deep clean to sweep the cobwebs and dust away inside, and some weeding and basic gardening outside to make the grounds more inviting. The Church is on the corner of a fast and busy road, so not suitable for walking directly (there is no pavement), but with a car (or the bus stop outside) there are great places locally to enjoy, such as the beach and The Hut restaurant at Colwell Bay, Gossips Cafe and Off the Rails cafes in Yarmouth and, The Needles. Mrs Knott July 2023

St Andrew’s is in a great location for exploring the local beaches and the towns of Yarmouth and Freshwater. There is plenty of large communal space down stairs and a very well equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the views from the garden and using the hot tub and large fire pit. It was an interesting and historic place to stay. We felt the property would benefit from a BBQ, cushions for outdoor seating, repair and tuning of the piano and possibly new dining chairs....

St Andrews makes a lovely quirky holiday house in a great location. We enjoyed our stay but there were some issues and, for the high price, we expected better.

Mrs Smith August 2023

St. Andrew’s is not luxurious but it is fine for a family holiday with children and dogs and we enjoyed using the sauna, hot tub and jacuzzi bath. The patio area is great to use in the evenings and we had some great barbecues using the big fire pit. Classic Holidays answer the phone very quickly and sort out any problems very efficiently. We had a lovely holiday in a very beautiful part of the Isle of Wight....
