Lower Widdicombe Farm is a gem of a find! Especially for multi generational family and friends! We celebrated 30th and 60th birthdays here along with an 82 year old and two dogs! We enjoyed the enclosed gardens and wonderful views and We absolutely loved the huge farmhouse kitchen- perfect for larger parties. The location is really lovely for walks to the village of Beesands - we had lunch at the local pub and coffees at the cafe! Only criticism is that the county of Devon does not offer much in the way of recycling! We had a lot of empty bottles and plastic to recycle with no appropriate bins! Apart from that- a first class weekend! Would highly recommend Lower Widdicombe Farm! ...

Lower Widdecombe Farm is ideal for a large family holiday. There is plenty of space inside including a dining table big enough for the whole family and a huge back garden for family games. The house was large, comfortable and generally well-equipped, with comfortable beds. Our mainly elderly group had some fun in the games room! It was wonderful to be able to walk from the house and enjoy the magnificent views. We also certainly appreciated being within easy walking distance of the sea. ...

This is a perfect house for large groups or multi-generational family holidays. The location is excellent and the house fitted to a high standard. The garden is gorgeous and although we stayed in winter, I would imagine it is glorious in the summer. The managing agents were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble....
