Downstairs next to the utility there is a walk-in shower (perfect for quick showers after a day on the beach), and a WC.
The simple gardens surround the rear of the house and offer plenty of space for cooking and dining outside (there’s a great barbecue for the outdoor chef).
The sunny deck is the perfect spot for a pre dinner drink.
There is plenty of parking.
The renowned surfing beach at Trevaunance Cove is just half an hour's walk away.
With walks galore on your doorstep enjoy breathtaking views from the coastal footpaths.
Crantock is a short drive away, and has a wonderful sandy beach.
Pretty perfect Padstow is a thirty mile drive up the scenic north coast.

Great company to deal with . Vey efficient & answered initial problem swiftly. Then called us to see if everything was ok while we were staying. Very professional. We would defiantly recommend booking holiday with them . House in St Agnes was in a great location with Parking. The cottage is in a very convenient quiet location for the beach and the village. The walk back from the beach is steep however (about 1 in 5) so ideally best not contemplated immediately after lunch. The cottage is well appointed with particularly comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay....

The location of the house is fabulous and we’ve been returning to St Agnes for many years now. The house itself is nice and comfortable and has pretty much everything needed for a decent family holiday. Rooms are plenty big enough for everyone.
