Downstairs next to the utility there is a walk-in shower (perfect for quick showers after a day on the beach), and a WC.
The simple gardens surround the rear of the house and offer plenty of space for cooking and dining outside (there’s a great barbecue for the outdoor chef).
The sunny deck is the perfect spot for a pre dinner drink.
There is plenty of parking.
The renowned surfing beach at Trevaunance Cove is just half an hour's walk away.
With walks galore on your doorstep enjoy breathtaking views from the coastal footpaths.
Crantock is a short drive away, and has a wonderful sandy beach.
Pretty perfect Padstow is a thirty mile drive up the scenic north coast.

Wharemoana is a lovely cottage in a quiet location on the outskirts of St Agnes. An easy walk into town, which has a great selection of shops and eateries, and a nice walk along the coast to the beach (although it's a steep walk back!). Wharemoana felt like home from the second we walked in. We all loved the open plan living room and kitchen, it made for a great social space. Wharemoana is a fantastic house located in a perfect position on the outskirts of St Agnes. It is beautifully light and airy, sparkling clean, and has been thoughtfully and stylishly furnished throughout. It is well equipped and the house functions well. It was absolutely perfect for our week’s holiday walking the coast path, which is a 10 minute walk from the house. Great company to deal with . Vey efficient & answered initial problem swiftly. Then called us to see if everything was ok while we were staying. Very professional. We would defiantly recommend booking holiday with them . House in St Agnes was in a great location with Parking.
