Beautiful house in a perfect location to explore Bembridge. Lovely walks all around the property and only a 5min walk to the beach. The stunning house was very well equipped with the pool table, table tennis and fire pit proving very popular with us all! The house is spotlessly clean and the welcome basket was a lovely touch ?? Bembridge is a lovely village with bakers, butchers, farm shop, co-op all within easy reach. There was 9 of us and the house didn't feel cramped in any way . Hope to be back soon ...

Fantastic location for the beach, shops, takeaways and pubs, the bus stops are less than 5 minutes away. Redwood is large and spacious giving plenty areas to relax in your own space. The buses are frequent and reliable negating the need of a car. We saw several spectacular sunrises on the beach and spotted Red Squirrels in the woods behind it. All in all we had a fantastic stay. The location of this nicely-furnished house is outstanding, very handy for the lovely local shops, and for walks on the beach at low tide. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and there are lots of bathrooms with plentiful hot water. The major problem with the house is that whilst it sleeps 11, there is only seating in the sitting room for 6 people. This makes it less than ideal for families renting over the winter, who might want to watch a film all together. The games/ pool room is huge, so it seems an odd choice not to turn that into a larger living room. In most holiday rentals, you would expect there to be enough seating for the number of people that the cottage can sleep. ...

We were a party of 6 (3 couples) & 1 dog. The property we found light, bright & spacious for us all. A Very large kitchen & fully equipped with everything you could ask for & a very useful utility room. Our only issue was the size of the lounge, probably more of a ‘snug’ room but all the other rooms had plenty of space. The en-suites were all a very good size with excellent showers & plenty of hot water. The walk to see the sea was at the bottom of a quiet lane, no more than a 5 min walk. Very nice property, good location by the beach. The bakery a short walk into the village is a must!
Just be mindful there are only 8 seats around the main table if you are wanting to sit for ‘family style dinners’.
