We have stayed at Samphire on two occasions now, once on our own as a couple and then as part of a family group where we rented all three properties on the site. On both occasions we really enjoyed our stay and we would certainly like to visit again. The cottage is incredibly comfortable. Everything is just so well done from the general fixtures and fittings to the very comfortable bed, nice quality bed linen, towels etc. We thought that the cottage was very well stocked if you want to stay at "home" and cook - we did this quite a lot just to be Covid careful. Outside of the cottage there is a lovely courtyard and ample parking. With easy access to the beach and the Hidden Hut and then Portscatho beyond we think this cottage is simply perfect!. ...

Another stay in this extremely comfortable, well equipped property. The location is excellent and we enjoyed being able to leave the car behind and only have a short walk to local beaches and onto the coast path. Very peaceful.

It’s just a few minutes walk from Porthcurnik Beach and the Hidden Hut, and only 20 minutes over the cliff path to Portscatho that has a well stocked shop and a family butchers. And of course it has the Plume of Feathers, a lovely pub with great food. ...
