This was my second stay at Samphire, and I'm very much hoping to return in the future. The cottage is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The location is great, being able to walk (10 mins max) down to the beach and the Hidden Hut, and then only 10 minutes more into Portscatho, with some great eating places and a well stocked village store. ...

Samphire was a perfect place to stay. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very stylish. The owner had left a wonderful hamper of local goodies which was very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful break here and hope to return again.

We would highly recommend this apartment. A beautiful and peaceful location, friendly and helpful owners, and particularly stylish and comfortable accommodation. The kitchen is very well equipped for those wishing to self-cater but there are lots of options for eating out locally if not. Two beaches are within walking distance and the courtyard area with tables and chairs is also sunny and attractive. We really can’t fault it and look forward to a return visit to Higher Rosevine (our third). ...
