What a divine part of the world you will find staying at Sea Thrift. We feel that we’ve found a gem. The cottage is perfect for a couple or a family of 4. The home has everything you might need for your stay. You arrive to fresh flowers on the table, wine, bread, butter and milk ready for you to begin your holiday. Such a lovely touch and super appreciated. At the end of the road you will find a National Trust beach where you can walk the dog in the early morning. Grab a coffee in Portscatho, or pop into the Hidden Hut for pastries. We clocked 100km in 2 weeks taking walks straight from the cottage or short drives. The dog was in heaven too with the lovely walks available. We strolled into Portscatho each night for post dinner drinks, to meet friends or to sample the brilliant food on offer in the local pubs. So lovely to walk home under the clear sky. Try the Plume for amazing mussels, great hospitality and fab ales. Head to The Standard for stunning food and fab drinks. Staff are fantastic at both venues! Worth booking before you head down! It really is a beautiful part of the world. 2 weeks was heavenly and we can’t wait to return. Thank you D&J for letting us use your stunning place. ...

Great location close to good beaches and South West Coastal path. Roseland Pennisular is a lovely holiday destination. Like a lot of Cornwall, the Cottage is accessed via narrow single lanes - be prepared to have to reverse! Cotttage has good parking area. Beds and bedding were excellent. Fully fitted kitchen. Outside seating area mostly looks onto an empty utilitarian barn - not a great view. It’s small with the toilet/bathroom downstairs directly off the lounge area. Ideal for a couple. ...

What a divine property. We arrived to fresh flowers on the table, 4 pints of milk and butter in the fridge, eggs and a locally sourced loaf of bread. Such a treat and super appreciated. The location is brilliant. Quiet, peaceful and a lovely walk into Portscatho via the beach. Coastal walks from your doorstep. The beach is one of the best around with the added advantage of the Hidden Hut. The outside space is a sun trap, even though you are in a courtyard, it feel’s secluded. The property has been kitted out with everything you could want to a high standard. Would recommend staying at these properties! ...
