Absolutely gorgeous, quirky cottage with fabulous views. Tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings and features relevant to its background as a U boat listening station. Although having a small kitchen without a dishwasher or washing machine, this was necessary to keep the historical layout and did not compromise the enjoyment of our holiday. The four enormous windows in the living area have absolutely stunning views out to sea and Strumble Head, though we were lucky to have amazing weather and could enjoy the views from the two patio areas. A remote location, but only a short drive from Strumble Lighthouse and Goodwick. Would highly recommend!...

Thank you for your wonderful review full of so much information for future guests. It sounds like Station A was a huge hit with you! Although it was originally thought to be an anti U-Boat listening station, through research and interviews with a former employee, it is now known that it was a radio wave research station. So much history! Donna, Customer Support...

Station A provides a stunning, isolated retreat with fantastic views over the coast. The accommodation is spacious and well appointed. The property provides an excellent base for exploring the coast on foot and is within reasonable reach of other places of interest in Pembrokeshire....

Special place and so peaceful you really feel as though you’re stepping off the treadmill.

Perfect location with beautiful coastal views and lots of great walks nearby only a short drive along the coast. We enjoyed the thoughtful design details in the property and learning about the history of the place. Walk-wise we would recommend Strumble Head Garn Fawr circular / St Davids east Caer Bwdy Solva / St Davids west Porth Clais Porthlysgi / St Justinians Porthselau Whitesands Bay / Porthgain Abereiddy. May was an excellent month to visit, with sunshine the whole week : ) We had never visited this area before but we will definitely be back!...

We loved everything about this place: so cleverly converted into a wonderfully comfortable living space. We especially loved the reclaimed wood, the use of slate, the period furniture, the colours, the position between the hill fort and the lighthouse, the history, the peace, the birds, the blackberries, and, above all, the mesmeric ever-changing view....
