What a beautiful little village Cawsand / Kingsand is. Erica is situated on the prettiest little winding and narrow street and the kitchen and lower bedroom doors open directly onto balconies overlooking the sea. Parking at the local carpark and walking up to the property was very easy - we paid on our phones for a week (£18 I think) and then came and went as we wished. The Old Bakery opposite Erica closes for the winter but there is another little coffee shop a minute away at the end of the road where the coffee is great and pastries are delicious. This quaint little cottage is set in a stunning location, with incredible views. The village has lovely shops & pubs and some beautiful walks. The ferry across to Plymouth is a must do & very good value for money.

This was our first visit to the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand and we loved it! The location of this property was amazing and we never tired of looking at the views from every room. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep and a great local shop (The Stores) on the doorstep for delicious treats on your return. Everyone was very friendly and we will definitely return....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Erica. It is in the most stunning situation and we loved being so close to the sea and being in the centre of such a thriving little village. Our dog was made welcome everywhere we went and the walking was a complete joy. We walked the whole Rame Peninsula, to Mount Edgcumbe and back and on another day we caught the super little Cremyll ferry over to Plymouth. We hope to return and have recommended it to several friends too. ...
