The hospitality of the owners was excellent. The location was excellent and myself and the my wife thoroughly enjoy our stay here. Little Homestead is set in a peaceful village with an excellent pub a short walk away. Perranporth town and clean beach is a gentle stroll via the disused railway line path. All in all I recommend the stay here as it comfortable, modern and good value!...

We loved our stay at The Little Homestead, a perfect location to explore the whole of Cornwall. With the bonus, you could walk along a riverside path to the amazing Perranporth beach in 20 minutes. The host next door, even in COVID times were friendly and very helpful during our stay while allowing us privacy....
