A comfortable stay in an excellent location. Little Homestead is well provided for and we particularly enjoyed the pretty, short walk into Perranporth. It was nice to be near the bustle of Perranporth but not actually in it. Look out for Black Flag Brewery on the way down for good beers and pizza on the weekend. Beautiful coast path and long stretch of beach at Perranporth. Overall, an enjoyable week. ...

A great place for 2 people, not far from sea and many parts of Cornwall. Plenty of places to eat not far away. Small outside space but everything you need inside.

Small compact accommodation which was ideal for me “One man and his dog” who spent most of the day walking and eating out. Very warm and cozy whatever the weather. Local Pub a few yards up the road and Perranporth beach a few minutes away. Close parking very easy, just an ideal holiday location....
