We had a wonderful stay at Sue’s Sawmill Cottage. It was spacious, extremely well equipped kitchen, lovely white linen towels and sheeting, the cottage is very quaint and has a beautiful “ English cottage” feel to it - we thoroughly enjoyed our 7N stay. A lovely garden with plenty of space to enjoy a sun bathed coffee and relax - unfortunately too cold for us during our holiday. Very close proximity to the Pantilles, high street walks and shops, needless to say the quintessential English countryside and homes, Scotney Castle a must do anytime of the year however, incredibly beautiful gardens, fields and castle in springtime. A lovely cottage for two, with private parking, just across the road from The Pantiles. It was a treat to leave the car at home and walk to dinner at one of the many fine eateries in The Pantiles or stroll to the High Street or the adjacent Common. Tunbridge Wells is a delightful town and was the perfect base for a number of National Trust properties we had long wanted to visit....

Well placed cottage opposite The Pantiles. Spotlessly clean. All basic cleaning and cooking provisions supplied which was great for me as I always forget something (oil, salt etc) but it was all provided. Bed extremely comfortable (not too soft). Only gripe is I kept whacking my head on the sloping ceiling upstairs but I learned by the end of the stay ??...

We enjoyed our short break to Sawmill Cottage in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, particlarly as the cottage was located so close to the Pantiles and the Spa Valley Railway. We enjoyed the most fabulous meal at nearby Kumquat Restaurant and some lovely days out to local National Trust Properties....
