The whole house has it’s orientation to make the best of the fabulous views over the garden to the sea. This meant that even when the weather wasn’t great we still felt like we were outside most of the time adding to the feeling of space and relaxation. The beds were extremely comfortable. Would totally recommend De Bara Bakery, the local farm shop and the fish van in Portscatho. Thank you for a lovely week.

Fantastic home from home with everything you need. Great location and lots to do and see, our 1st visit to Cornwall and we want to come back.

A lovely house which is clean, light, spacious and comfy and has a big garden. We found it very well equipped and the hot water plentiful. The towels were a good size which was very nice as often places provide really small ones. It’s well positioned for the local beach and for cliff walks on the coastal path. There are two hotels within walking distance nearby for food but there’s no noise from either and it’s a quiet, peaceful area to stay in. We had a very good holiday.

This is a lovely place for a family holiday. The house is light and relaxing, and the beautiful garden and outside eating space with sea views is a tranquil and uplifting space. Great that the property is dog-free as well.

We had a lovely week in our favourite place. Heron’s Lea is perfect in location and decor. We felt at home and relaxed even with all 4 of our children there! The house has everything you could need and the view of the sea is breathtaking.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning location

We love Cornwall and particularly Porthscatho. Herons Lea is a wonderful property with a fabulous garden. Our family made the most of the facilities and enjoyed the evenings playing board games. Proper old fashioned fun.

An awesome week away - stunning cottage, fantastic view, gorgeous secluded & quiet beaches... was good for the soul.

Beautiful property with amazing views in a lovely location. Very much enjoyed our long weekend stay and would definitely visit again.
