We loved this cottage, very comfortable, well equipped, friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a great location for exploring South Hams and Dartmoor, you can walk for the cottage onto the Two Moors Way. You do have to drive down a single track road to get to it but that’s what you get if you want a farm cottage in Devon, there are passing places and the locals are very good at reversing. We will probably go back next year and would definitely recommend it....

Swallow Cottage is a lovely cosy and warm cottage, with an interesting layout, and luxurious and comfortable bed. Nick and Penny were lovely hosts, they made us feel very welcome and helped with information about the area. The location is quiet and relaxing, with walks on the doorstep, but within easy reach of the local village South Brent which had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend it....

We stayed at the cottage next door called Dairy Cottage, but we hired this one as well for our friends to stay whilst they were on holiday with us. As per Dairy Cottage (see separate review), the cottage was high spec in lovely surroundings. Although the layout is different to Dairy Cottage, everything was in immaculate condition. Would definitely recommend....
