For some fun on two wheels, cycle the Camel Trail - a 17 mile route that starts close to Rose Lodge and winds all the way out to Padstow on the coast.

Rose Cottage was a wonderful place to spend our holiday It was exceptionally well equipped and the garden was a tranquil space where we spent a lot of time The bottle of sparkles and brownies were a lovely surprise on arrival Being able to open the bifold doors and bring the outside feeling inside was great. We very much enjoyed watching the two horses in the field below, who never left each other’s side and the bunnies playing morning and evening.Overall, a great place to stay ,with easy access to both the North and South coast of Cornwall and Bodmin Moor, and we’d definitely return Top tip: treat yourselves to a meal at the St Tudy Inn - amazing food ...
