What a beautiful cottage, we had a family get together and enjoyed it very much. Koda our Samoyed dog loved the space and garden too. Everything was as expected, beds super comfy and all 3 bedrooms spacious. 100% recommend this cottage if you’re looking for a rural retreat. Close to places if you want them but far enough away for piece and quiet. ...

Owlacombe Bridge Cottage was the ideal base for our week exploring Devon. It's a beautiful property which clearly and rightly has a very proud owner. Ian was there to welcome us on arrival and see us off on departure and was the perfect host, ensuring we had a welcome chocolate cake and bottle or Prosecco (plus other essentials) to get our holiday off to the perfect start. Ian had even made a small holder for a beautiful flower to take home as a reminder of our week in Devon. There are some great experiences within a reasonable distance of the cottage, not least exploring Dartmoor and my wife is now a huge fan of 'piggy cuddles' at Pennywell Farm. Further afield we explored Brixham and Dartmouth...our favourite restaurant, possibly in the UK, is now The Seahorse....you won't be disappointed! ...
