What a beautiful cottage, we had a family get together and enjoyed it very much. Koda our Samoyed dog loved the space and garden too. Everything was as expected, beds super comfy and all 3 bedrooms spacious. 100% recommend this cottage if you’re looking for a rural retreat. Owlacombe Bridge Cottage was the ideal base for our week exploring Devon. It's a beautiful property which clearly and rightly has a very proud owner. Ian was there to welcome us on arrival and see us off on departure and was the perfect host, ensuring we had a welcome chocolate cake and bottle or Prosecco (plus other essentials) to get our holiday off to the perfect start. Ian had even made a small holder for a beautiful flower to take home as a reminder of our week in Devon. There are some great experiences within a reasonable distance of the cottage, not least exploring Dartmoor and my wife is now a huge fan of 'piggy cuddles' at Pennywell Farm. Further afield we explored Brixham and Dartmouth...our favourite restaurant, possibly in the UK, is now The Seahorse....you won't be disappointed! ...

Owlacombe Cottage is a beautiful residence in a lovely setting. It was very clean, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped. The owner was extremely helpful and left a beautiful welcome pack. We were shocked by how narrow the approach road was and driving up and down it proved difficult for us and spoiled the holiday so much we wouldn't book again. Obviously that is a personal choice. Such a shame as it was the best holiday home we have ever stayed in....
