On arrival at the cottage we were greeted by a young lady from Pure (cleaning agents) who showed us around the property and its amenities plus described the local countryside. She was very friendly and chatty making us feel very welcome and important. We found the cottage very clean, comfy and extremely well equipped. The location of the cottage was down a country lane and in a lovely quiet setting. We were serenaded each evening by Tawny owls in the trees around the cottage and lucky enough to see them. A great location to get away from it all. Although the cottage was in an isolated location it was not far from the junction with the A38 so it wasn't too difficult to travel from the cottage to other surrounding areas. It was also relatively easy to travel up onto Dartmoor from the cottage. All in all, a wonderful place to get away from the maddening crowds....

The cottage was beautiful with excellent facilities. Each bedroom having a bathroom made life so easy for 6 adults. The garden was a delight to relax in, the birdsong was amazing and there were baby owls in the wood behind. Our family had the best time in Owlacombe Bridge Cottage and I would highly recommend it to anyone....

A really lovely cottage with plenty of parking. We love the overall style, furnishings and decoration of the cottage. The beds are super comfortable. The cottage is well equipped and is in a quiet location on the edge of Dartmoor. Ideal for exploring Dartmoor or heading to the coast and the South West Coast Path. Highly recommend a stay at this luxury cottage close to stunning Dartmoor. The cottage is incredibly spacious and clean with everything you'd need for a relaxing break. There were so many nice touches: from the welcome treats to the comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. A bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. The outdoor space was very generous and completely safe for our dog. The peace and quiet and dark night skies are beautiful. We will return very soon : )...
