Great views. Spacious open plan layout with plenty of room. Our party of a family of four adults all enjoyed the week away, especially on a lovely houseboat, which they did not want to leave.

This accommodation absolutely exceeded our expectations - we loved it, and want to book again for next year. Location is fabulous, the view over Bembridge Harbour was lovely, and we even had Swans and their Cygnets tapping at the main bedroom windows in the morning, looking for breakfast! A wonderful place, with everything you could want for, coupled with high quality furnishings and fittings, and fabulous artwork on the walls - who even knew Octopus have nine brains!!! You should rush to book this as soon as possible - but please leave us some space next year!!...
