What a superb houseboat. We have stayed on other houseboats but this is by far the biggest and best. Furnished and decorated to a very high spec with amazing views. Enjoyed sitting out on deck watching the cruise ships go by and the sun setting. Bembridge is also a good location for Ryde, Sandown and Shanklin. Also excellent communication from the owner. Wouldn't hesitate to book again....

Had a fabulous stay on fortune. Beautiful, spacious & immaculately clean. Huge comfy beds, slept like a baby. Lots of info in the property with recomdations (Highly recommend True Food Kitchen). Very peaceful location. Great communications with owner, she even responded immediately when I was half way along a beach to find out how far I could walk along & informed me I would reach a pub if I kept going ??...

Fortune is a luxury house boat with everything you could need for a family getaway. We spent every evening watching the vista change and the sea go in and out. The sunsets were spectacular. We holidayed with three generations of family and everyone loved Fortune. A proper escape of a holiday....

We have just returned from a fabulous weeks stay on Fortune. The barge was much bigger than we had anticipated and absolutely beautifully presented. The view of Bembridge harbour from the deck, main living area and Master bedroom is ever changing with full tide being exceptional. We loved the many personal touches the owner had made to make our stay like a home from home - even a personalised ball for our dog and an upright chair for an older member of our party. This was a unique place to stay and without doubt for us the best view on the Isle of Wight we would totally recommend....
