We have enjoyed holidaying at Puckeys Forge on two occasions now and thoroughly enjoyed our stays on both occasions.Our most recent stay in July was fantastic with fabulous weather,fantastic hosts in Annie and Charles making us very welcome once again. There warm welcome with very generous hospitality was a delight and will always be remembered making our time on holiday in Cornwall just that little bit ‘Special’. Ladock village is a very convenient location,very peaceful,friendly,and ideally located to visit a vast amount of places of interest, the coast and beeches,gardens and Trust Properties.Exploring new places this year became more possible as we stayed 2 weeks which gave us more time to be adventurous.There is no doubt that we will be staying again to enjoy what we feel is the best value holiday location for Cornwall as we love it there ! ...

Puckey's Forge is a delightful little gem. A pretty, cosy cottage in a very quiet location, comfortably furnished and well-equipped; friendly and attentive hosts; lovely fresh flowers and a small hamper of essentials await you on arrival. Great location for touring western Cornwall, easy access to major routes. Very handy having a Marks & Spencer with easy parking just a few miles north for those who need food shopping. We enjoyed a super spring break with mostly fine weather in late April. Highly recommended....
