The lodge is a delight: small but very comfortable and well equipped. Without doubt, though, the greatest joy is the location, with sea to one side and beautiful country park and gardens to the other. And when the bustle of day visitors is over, these wonderful grounds become 'yours'. Perfect!...

2nd visit to this lovely Lodge. The location is exceptional for the gardens and grounds of Mount Edgcumbe and views of Plymouth Sound. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. There is a microwave in the kitchen which is not mentioned in the property description. The weather was perfect for our stay and we had a wonderful time again....

Our fourth stay at this wonderfully-situated cottage with the extensive grounds of Mt Edgcumbe at the doorstep. Pub, small beach and ferry all nearby, plus the endless activity of small and large boats. A unique quaintness!
