We have stayed here twice now and have booked for next year also. If you are looking for a very quiet out of the way base for your break, this is it! The cottage is beautiful and set in the perfect location for peace and quiet, the garden is well looked after and an absolute pleasure to dine alfresco. There is a beach just a short walk away and a little shop up the lane in the village of Ruan Minor. I could go on but I would suggest you try it for yourselves. ...

Lovely cottage and garden, in a peaceful location, but also just a short stroll from the coastal path. Lots to do and see nearby, or just kick back and relax. Lovely owners and welcoming cream tea always goes down well.

Had another enjoyable weeks stay at Millstone cottage, always nice to have a welcome tray on arrival, and meeting the owner. Clean and well presented and everything catered for, it feels remote but although it isn’t, is just what we like. A lovely garden too , and heard Owls at night time, which was great. We had a good time visiting old haunts and even finding some new places to visit. On the odd foggy mornings which just skirted the coast, we could hear the Lizard Lighthouse fog horn in the distance..very atmospheric! Which made my week!! ...
