A lovely cottage. Well appointed with everything you may need. A beautiful large garden, with nice views over the river and comfortable garden furniture. Great for children and dogs. A good location in the village next to the pub and shop. And the car park is nearby...

A multi generational family group plus dogs who had the best holiday at Prynns House. Spotlessly clean and every utensil you could ever need. Size of bedrooms much bigger than in the images. The garden is magical. My 3 year old grandson had the time of his life. Lots of outdoor games that kept all the family entertained. The washer/dryer is integrated in the kitchen not separate as indicated. We all agree it was the best holiday. Exceeded expectations in every way....

Idyllic location and a very charming and comfortable property. The garden is beautiful and has wonderful views over the estuary. Our grand-daughter absolutely loved the trampoline and the swing and we were extremely happy to find a place that felt like home from home. Will definitely book here again....

Couldn’t ask for more. Fantastic village on the river with great little pub right next door who do lovely food just huge portions . Highly recommend breakfast at village store everyone very friendly. Brillo the dog loved the garden and going the pub in the evening...

We are just back from our second visit to Prynn’s House. It is a very comfortable house, with a lovely garden and everything you need for a peaceful break away. We didn’t have our grandchildren this time, but the trampoline was a big hit the year before. Would definitely visit again....
