What a superb Shepherds Hut this is, beautifully designed and perfectly presented; we enjoyed such a wonderful holiday here. The setting is so peaceful and private with lots of wildlife to enjoy, Crannaford Shepherds Hut is a truely rare find. There is so much nearby to enjoy in this beautiful area, with a visit to the unspoilt Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth a must. However, we found little incentive to leave this wonderful haven, which is a testiment to the relaxing setting and quality presentation of this little hut. The Hot Tub, Firepit, BBQ and Sunbeds all add to the quality holiday experience with the added bonus of well thought out extras such as logs, BBQ coals and arm chairs perfect for sitting around the firepit. Was absolutely amazing few days. We definitely overpacked as everything was provided from coal, wood and firelighters right down to cleaning supplies and tissues beside the bed. Best holiday experience for two.

We couldn’t have asked for more. The hut itself was brilliantly equipped considering its size and felt rather spacious once inside. The ability to be able to open the doors to extend your living space right into the garden area was a lovely touch. We felt very welcomed by the hosts and were told if we need anything all we had do was ask. There were some great recommendations in the welcome pack for things to do which in return lead to some wonderful days out. If you’re looking for a different kind of get away, this is perfect.
