The Shepherds hut is a beautiful retreat, superbly equipped and certainly more luxurious than we expected from a 'hut'! The hosts are friendly and welcoming without being interfering or over-eager. they are more than happy to explain any part of the hut that might be unusual to some - the hobbit log burner, the induction hob, the camping toilet, the hot-tub! There are a few local places to visit which are definitely worthwhile, so I'd certainly stay again without hesitation....
