A truly beautiful dog friendly cottage in a picturesque location offering all your home comforts and more with an enclosed garden perfect for your pooch. The cottage was exactly as described in the booking details with welcoming, friendly hosts. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending this beautiful retreat to friends and family.

Lovely, secluded cottage with good access to neighbouring villages and their facilities. Great for putting your feet up and enjoying the peace and quiet. Well maintained and stocked. Good eating places locally - try Slice of Cornwall and The Halfway House Inn.

Well situated cottage for exploring, walking and touring. Nicely equipped with a beautiful bathroom and well fitted kitchen. V comfy large bed.

Little Woon is a little slice of heaven. We had the perfect getaway. From the very comfortable bed, to the gorgeous wood burner and a fully equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed for a perfect break.

Thank you so much to Laura and hubby.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Woon. Well located to access all attractions in South Cornwall. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

What a beautiful little barn. Nicely decorated, wonderful patio garden area, set in a very peaceful location We’ve enjoyed a truly relaxing week at Little Woon -thankyou

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Little Woon. A great location for access to the Lizard and also the Roseland Peninsula.

This place is exactly like it's pictures. The cottage is small, yet perfect, functional and beautiful, everything is well thought out. It's both comfortable and handy, stylish. Parking and EV charging was so very handy. ( and the charging price was very good) It saves so much time if you do not have to go out and look for a charger. The enclosed garden and the fields around it to walk the dog in, pretty, well cared for and handy. The wood included for the fireplace is a bonus. Comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchen for cooking. Grocery store nearby (10 min drive) Owner organized fresh organic salads from a neighbor nearby for very little money. Comfortable couch, and all was super clean. Good hairdryer, hoover and iron at hand. The wetroom is fantastic for drying, for washing your dog after a day at the beach and warm to just have a shower in and it's big. There's also a hose outside at hand. Such a well thought out property! We loved it. Great tips on how to get to places and what is good to go too from the owner as well. I'm picky about the places I stay in and this one is a near 10!

The only thing we missed was a washing machine but the owner kindly washed for us when in need. And for some reason internet did not work on my phone or laptop but with 4G and connecting the laptop to my phone we made it work.

We had a fabulous 10 days and would highly recommend this place. I'm sure we will be back.

Small but perfectly formed, lovely quiet peaceful cottage but close enough to Constantine, Gweek and Falmouth to make shopping or meals out easy. Easy access to main road and amenities and attractions. Very comfortable, friendly and helpful owners on site. Lovely outside decking area - very relaxing to sit out and enjoy the peace and quiet. Recommended.

We've just returned from our second time here. It's a lovely property, comfortable and peaceful, the perfect place to relax. We went out of season so some local restaurants/pubs were shut during the week, but the cottage is well equipped to cater at home, and with the log burner lit, it was perfect. James & Laura are welcoming hosts to this little haven, on hand should you need them. We'd love to stay again and have already recommended Little Woon to our friends and family.

What a comfortable, warm cottage. Great for dogs as there is plenty of space to run free around near the cottage. Laura could not be more friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions for restaurants and walks.

Our second time here and we had another lovely stay, lovely property- very comfortable and cosy, in an excellent location and welcoming and friendly owners. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We loved our stay at Little Woon. The cottage is nicely furnished with good quality furniture, linen, kitchen equipment etc. It was particularly helpful to have an electric car charger on site. The location appears a bit off the beaten track on arrival, but in actual fact it’s a great location - quiet and peaceful but very easy to access some beautiful places such as Glendurgan Gardens, just 20 minutes away, Truro 30 minutes away. We liked the village store at Gweek.

Superb, accommodation at Little Woon just works so well, light and airy and everything you need! The bed is one of the comfiest that we have slept in and the whole atmosphere created here is one of complete relaxation. The garden is delightful to sit and take in the beautiful Cornish. It more than lived up to any expectations we had a real little gem and dog friendly too. The scones jam and cream we the best we have ever tasted, totally scrumptious. So it was no surprise when we met the owners/host to find they were just as delightful.

We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again and we have already been waxing lyrically about Little Woon to our friends and family.

For a couple who want peaceful place to stay, this is an ideal location

Beautiful cottage with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The hosts are warm and very hospitable and provide a lovely cream tea on arrival. The cottage has a log burner too for those chilly evenings. Great parking facilities very close to the cottage and lovely private garden. The hosts will also provide you with a BBQ to cook outside. Nowhere in Cornwall is too far to visit from here.

Really lovely cottage. Has everything you need for a great stay. Lots to see and do nearby so an ideal base. Really enjoyed our stay.

Little Woon is a fabulous base to visit this beautiful part of Cornwall. There are so many great gardens and pretty little coves to explore. James, the owner was very friendly and approachable yet unobtrusive. Thank you for the welcome tea too, Laura! The house is compact, yet feels very open, such a clever use of the available space. We loved the pretty, decked garden whch is a great addition to the indoor living area. Overall the whole estate almost has a slightly Mediterranean feel! Loved it!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Little Woon. The cottage is very well equipped and planned, with a delightful private garden. Ideal too if you have a dog with you as the space is enclosed. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful too. We were new to this part of Cornwall so we made the most of the local places to visit and particularly enjoyed the Helford River cruise and the beautiful Trebah Garden.

What a wonderful week we had at Little Woon, it exceeded our expectations. Well equipped ,cosy and spotlessly clean. Super little back garden ideal for early evening drinks in the sun. Well positioned to explore this special part of Cornwall. The lizard and Helford estuary absolutely stunning and easy to get to. Also Penrose estate Helston another stunning walk. Would highly recommend

What a find. We read the reviews of Little Woon before booking, which were consistently impressive, and we were not disappointed. The cottage was simply superb - immaculate, delightfully furnished and with a really comfortable bed and sofa. Little Woon is an outstanding cottage which was great for two people and our dog. It is well located for the Cornish coast and we enjoyed walking nearby at the Helford River, each side of Coverack and at Kynance Cove, all within easy reach.

It was a long journey to get there and back but we would not hesitate to return and to recommend Little Woon to others.

A great place to relax and unwind. Perfectly placed for exploring the numerous attractions of West Cornwall.

This is a lovely place, beautifully and tastefully furnished. James and Laura were also the kindest and most thoughtful of owners -- present to answer questions and help us with the barn doors etc but not too present (ie we had our own space and privacy). They even made a fire up for us when we arrived, which was deeply appreciated. We would heartily recommend this property to others.

Beautiful little bolt hole romantic hideaway for 2 and our dog. Good base to explore the area. Wouldn’t bother with the local pub if you like good pub food but the welcome was warm and friendly if you just want drinks.

Great enclosed garden for the dog but you have to take care that people staying in the caravan in the next field over don’t leave the gate open. They appeared to have access through the garden and our gate was left open and the dog could have got out.

The property was well equipped and had the comfiest bed! The property was very cosy and the owners were on site and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!!

Little Woon turned out to be a little haven during storm Eunice. It's incredibly comfortable and a perfect hideaway for two (plus a dog). It's in a great location for getting out and about to explore such a lovely part of Cornwall.

Enjoyed our stay very relaxing Good location for visiting Kynance cove and the Lizard Very cozy cottage Arrived with log burner lit. Christmas tree Home made mince pies! Lovely location

We are so glad to read that you enjoyed your stay at Little Woon. It is in a lovely spot and great for exploring Falmouth or over to the lizard. We so hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Sarah, Customer Support

The perfect hide away, excellent layout inside, beautifully decorated, cream tea on arrival, everything there, that you need, the log burner was lovely for an Autumn stay, lovely private and enclosed garden area, which our dog enjoyed. Close to the lovely village Gweek. Enjoyed our Sunday lunch at Trengilly wartha Inn also nearby. A good location for walks around The Helford River.

We would highly recommend this comfortable thoughtfully laid out property. The owners go above and beyond to be helpful but in an unobtrusive way. A great property for a couple with a small dog to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Woon and came away rested and recharged. Although it feels remote it’s in a great location for exploring the Lizard Peninsula, Porthleven, Helston, Falmouth and the Helford River. The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable week away for two and the owners were particularly friendly and helpful, suggesting the best areas and routes to walk and cycle. Very positive approach to recycling! We liked the small village of Constantine with its intriguing and deceptive local store, and Dollar Cove was also a favourite. Still didn’t manage to do it all so will have to go back!

Lovely welcome; our hosts were brilliant. A functioning and well equipped kitchen, great fireplace, and gorgeous garden spaces. It was really lovely as a stay. Great to have maps and recommendations in the cottage for food and activities too.

We had a fabulous stay, the cottage and enclosed garden were just perfect for us and our dog Barney. Everything was spotlessly clean and furnishings very comfortable. We loved having cosy evenings in front of the wood-burner. Location was great; off the beaten track enough to feel as though you have really got away from it all but still within easy reach of the beautiful areas in this part of Cornwall. Laura, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming which was much appreciated.

Thank you so much for your lovely review of Little Woon. Laura will be thrilled to read that you felt welcome and that you had a fabulous stay. You paint a lovely picture of days out exploring and nights in front of the fire! We would love to welcome you back again in the future. Sarah, Customer Support

The cottage was perfect for our needs, well presented and laid out. A really nice attention to detail and comfort was very evident and the bed has to be the most comfortable we have slept in. The owners are friendly and welcoming. Considering the time of year ( Late October) the weather was good, excellent for walking, with squally showers but some good sunshine too. We will certainly consider booking again. The enclosed garden was dog proof for our Lakeland Terrier, which was a real bonus, and was an attractive place to sit in the sun or moonlight. Wish I'd thought to ask about some of the more unusual plants, a real incentive to come back in the summer months. This was a much needed break for us before the winter and did not disappoint.

Little woon was more than what we expected! The kitchen was well equipped which meant we could cook at the cottage, which was lovely and the scones on arrival was perfect! The sofa and bed were so comfy after long days out walking and Riley our dog loved snoozing by the fire! Owner was lovely and so kind and helpful to suggest places for us to visit!

Such a lovely quiet location. Everything was in little Woon that you needed for your stay. Laura and Jim were very helpful in places to visit.

Loved our stay at Little Woon, very clean and comfortable and lovely decor. Lots to see and do in area, we would look to book again next year.

Little Woon is a magical, magnetic place in a wonderful area. It really is hard to drag yourself away and it’s so easy to stay reading on the sofa or outside in the lovely garden with a glass of something. It’s a great place to truly unwind. Laura and Jim are the best hosts. There if needed and with lots of ideas and inspiration for things to do and places to visit but equally happy to leave you to yourselves if that is what works for you. I really want to return as I have come home feeling energised and wanting to see all the places I didn’t have time to get to!

A gorgeously stylish, comfortable and very peaceful place to stay. The property was immaculately clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the extra touches like the flowers and the cream tea on arrival. Laura and Jim are welcoming and thoughtful hosts, and we were most grateful for the offer to use their undercover eating area when hosting our small grandchildren on the one day of very wet Cornish rain. The Little Woon garden is also perfect for a dog as no escape holes - unless your dog is a good climber!

Absolutely fantastic in every way, everything was of the highest quality and standards! Everything had been considered, even down to the quality of the cooking equipment, which makes a big difference when you want to cater for yourself. We could not recommend it enough.

as I have already said...a fab place to stay if you want to get away from it all. Lovely owners next door too if you need anything.

A very comfortable and well presented cottage providing all that was required for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in a beautiful location.

Little Woon is a super, cosy property, well equipped and has a great enclosed garden that was perfect for our dog.
