Lovely house, very spacious. Good layout of bedroom's some being downstairs so good for elderly Parents. Very secure garden for dog. Not far to seafront where you can see lovely sunsets

Merivale is a large spacious house, with 3 separate bathrooms with baths and showers. There is a large enclosed safe garden. Parking is easy on the road. The location is in easy walking distance from the beach which is a mixture of sand and pebbles. We loved the area, Ryde is a pleasant walk away along the coastal path, Seaview is a lovely area with a nature reserve, sailing training school, a couple of pubs, community shop and a coffee shop. ...

Great house, location and layout. Not impressed with no stair gates, no oven gloves, 4 coat hangers and 7 pegs! Not ideal for a family. Hopefully these things will be provided for the next family that stays
