We had a wonderful stay, they made us very comfortable travelling with 2 toddlers. We really didn’t need to bring anything, high chairs, proper cots, slip mat for bath and two boxes of toys. Our weather was sublime and we ate outside all the time using the small BBQ. Both Tesco and Waitrose deliver without any trouble in finding it. A gem of a place, slightly off the beaten track so extremely quiet but within driving distance of so much. If you get a chance visit the Nukku shop and cafe, great bacon sandwiches and they do takeaway! The pool is a great addition . Lovely grounds and paths to the pool and down to hot tub area, I suppose the only downside is if you leave anything in the house it’s a bit of a trek....

A truly special cottage with wonderful gardens. Indoor pool and outdoor hot tub, plus climbing frame, were great, providing lots of options for young children and adults. Lots to do in the area.

I would highly recommend Willow Rest to larger groups - there's plenty of space to play games, enjoy the outside area, pool and hot tub, cook and eat together. It's a beautifully renovated and decorated which all adds to the pleasure of being there. The area is great for easy trips to Totnes and Darmouth and there's plenty of scenic countryside and great coastal walks nearby. You can't go wrong!...

Everything about our stay was amazing. A wonderful property in an amazing part of the world. Everyone in our party of 10 enjoyed the stay - young children, parents and grand parents! The pool and hot tub were enjoyed every day, play area for the kids all wonderfully maintained. Plenty of space in the property for family feasts and games. Spacious for quiet times too. EV charges for the cars were also used. Spoke to Raymond before our stay and was greeted with goodies in a welcome hamper. Met Raymond a couple of times during the stay in passing, and is a lovely, welcoming host....

Willow's Rest was the perfect location for our family gathering. Each part of the house was beautifully presented with all rooms furnished to a high standard - the main kitchen and living area was just stunning! The house was impeccably clean and provided us with everything that we could possibly need. Having the swimming pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The surrounding grounds, set in glorious Devon countryside, were not only well-maintained but also wonderfully peaceful. Raymond welcomed us on arrival to check all was well and was extremely helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property unreservedly and would love to return again at some point in the future....
