We loved our stay at Meadow Barn. The cottage is beautiful, the setting is gorgeous and is so peaceful and tranquil. It surpassed our expectations, and is the most well equipped cottage we've stayed in. It felt welcoming from the minute we arrived, and there were lovely, generous gifts left by the hosts Liz & John which was a really nice touch. We met Jon that afternoon, and the two lovely labradors and all were very friendly! We had to call on Jon once, and he came round that morning to sort us out, which he did very promptly. The cottage has absolutely everything you'd need for a stay and was very comfortable. The grounds are lovely, we saw a host of wildlife, plus the curious cows in the fields and the affectionate little black cat who came to visit several times. All in all, a perfect place, in a wonderful setting and we will definitely return. Thank you Liz & Jon....

I have booked with Classic, on and off since 2006, for Devon and mainly south Cornwall. I expect to pay a good price as I know I get a good cottage in return. At Meadow Barn I didn't know what to expect as the price I paid seemed extremely cheap considering the time of year we went but this was probably the best we have stayed in. The owners supply you with everything you need and more. The ground are well looked after and very pretty and we had lots of room and plenty of home comfort. Brilliant place and I'm not surprised people go back more than once ...

Our stay at Meadow Barn was brilliant!!..Gorgeous weather limited our usual walking trip a little, but Steve loved the sea swimming in the afternoons!.. Outdoor wining and dining each evening was also a must and we enjoyed a great lunch at Boscastle Farm Shop's superb restaurant. They also supply quality chilled quiches and frittatas for taking away. Liz puts great effort into cleaning and preparation with generous gifts and fresh flowers on arrival. Both she and Jon work hard to make holidays here special. Thank you!...
