Eastnor is a fabulous property. Lovely sea views from 2 of the bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean on arrival & is very well equipped. Plenty of fridge/freezer space & plenty of crockery & cutlery too. The outdoor kitchen is a fantastic addition.

The house lived up to its description. There was plenty of space in the garden to relax & an excellent new outdoor kitchen area. The accommodation was well equipped, comfortable and spacious. The house was very clean when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome pack.

This was our 4th visit to Eastnor, we are 3 generations, there is something for everybody. We were blessed with excellent weather and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the "alfresco" dining.

We thoroughly recommend it.

Second stay at Eastnor and even better than the first time. Our kids have grown and now enjoyed different aspects of the house and garden. It really is a home from home. Hoping to complete the hat trick of stays in the near future.

This was our third year of staying at Eastnoor, it was again an excellent and enjoyable experience. The location is good as are the facilities, and the efficiency of the staff servicing the property. We can thoroughly recommend it.

A stunning property in an excellent location for the beach and surfer watching. The coast is superb here and the walking magnificent. Plenty of space for a large multi generation group. Couple of really nice restaurants and a deceptively large Spar nearby within easy walking distance. Wild rabbits in the garden and surrounding area. All the main bedrooms have beautiful views of the sea and/or the cliffs. Luxurious facilities.

EASTNOR was exceptionally clean on arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped with fabulous, top of the range appliances. A fabulous stay.

Super hse in super location close to beach and great restaurants ... owners have taken great care to include everything for a fantastic holiday

It is lovely to feel that one is in a family's home rather than simply in a purpose built 'holiday let'.

We look forward to staying again next year, which will be our third time.

the property is ideally situated for the beach, is very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, really enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay at Eastnor. Perfect for our family of all ages. The house is located a stones throw from the beach and the views across the bay are out of this world. It had everything and more for us and we will definitely be back there one day to create more amazing memories.

Highly recommend. Lovely home in a beautiful location.

A very pleasant house and well fitted out, more like staying in someones home than in a holiday let.

Perfect for a large family gathering near great beaches and coastal walks.

This is a fantastic house in a brilliant location. The house is extremely well equipped with plenty of space for families to gather and also spread out if doing different things. We particularly liked the location which is in easy walking distance to the beach and meant our teenagers could come and go as they pleased. We have holidayed in Polzeath a number of times and love the stunning location, the cleanliness of the beach and the great surfing and surf school. A brilliant fun filled holiday was had by all.

Absolutely amazing house in an amazing location. Everything you could possibly need and kitted out to a high standard. Can’t wait to return!

We have just returned from a fantastic week's holiday at Eastnor. The property is really great and there is lots of space - so you can spread out if you want some private space to grab some quiet 'down time', yet the communal spaces can accommodate all of the family if you want to be together. The place is decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean throughout. The kitchen is excellent and has every gadget and gizmo a cook could want with not one, but two fridge freezers and two dish washers. Oodles of crockery and cutlery so even with a big party, you don't have to always be running the dishwasher. We enjoyed the log burner in the evenings and it was brilliant to hear my son playing the piano from the adjacent room. It was lovely to chill in the garden - sitting on the swing watching the bunnie rabbits or seeing the sun set in the evening and we had several meals outdoors including a wonderful barbecue on the Weber gas burner. The games room with pool table and bar football provided us with great fun into the early hours. Most rooms have a view of the sea which is just short walk away and the coastal path walks reveal the most breathtaking views. We could not recommend this property highly enough and we were very sad to leave. Thank you very much for providing us with such a great place to saty.

Lovely location just five minutes walk from New Polzeath beach this is a very well equipped house with all the space inside and out needed for a happy and relaxing holiday. The extended sections of the house were decorated to a particularly high standard with large rooms and good ensuite showers. Parking? Despite other comments, with care we comfortably parked three large cars on the drive. Needed to juggle em to get the back one out but not a problem. The owners have clearly enjoyed Eastnor for many years and have kindly left lots of household and family equip available for use by visitors. The garden was lovely to lounge in during the evenings and was a comfortable place to eat out on the decking terrace.

Parking is restricted to 2 large cars or 3 small cars.

Thanks for your comments and we hope you enjoyed all that Polzeath has to offer. Eastnor offers private parking for 2 cars as mentioned on our website but if additional parking is required more spaces can usually be found on the road along Tinners Way. Bryony, Customer Support

Wonderful family holiday accommodation that we would definitely like to book again in the future.

Eastnor is an excellent property for larger parties, with loads of space and high levels of equipment. The garden is a delight, and it is only 200 yards from the coast with a fifteen minute walk into the centre of Polzeath. Several bedrooms have sea views. Highly recommended. Note that it is impossible to park more than two (three at a push) cars in line at the property itself.

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts, it's great to see you had such a lovely time. We only suggest parking two cars at the house itself, if more parking is required you can usually park along the road (Tinners Way). Tanya Customer Support

As a large family group Eastnor suited us all to perfection totally. There was a wealth of internal space, the garden was a wonderful safe haven for the children to play and we loved the décor and attention to detail. We have been visiting Cornwall for several decades and stayed in many properties but Eastnor outshines them all. The fact that we had rebooked for next year before we had even left speaks volumes. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful holiday home.

Eastnor is the perfect family holiday home. The house and the garden are both very spacious and it’s just a few minutes walk to wonderful Polzeath beach. We found the house was even nicer than on the pictures, everything just recently refurbished and all the bathrooms brand new. The kitchen is a cook’s dream: it has everything you could ask for and makes cooking so much fun. We also enjoyed the fact that Eastnor has, apart from a huge dinner table in the kitchen, a big study with smart TV and a separate sitting room with fireplace- so kids and adults can be easily separated if necessary. On a rainy day you will find lots of cardboard games or DVDs and even a piano. Overall a very thoughtfully built and decorated house- we had a wonderful time and are hoping to return!!
