This is my second retreat at The Old Post Office. It’s a beautifully appointed cottage with plenty of space and all the creature comforts. With access to the moors being a very short walk away and plenty of walks from the doorstep, this is an ideal place to stay. The owners are very welcoming and on hand if anything was needed. Imagine a day of hiking the rugged beauty of Dartmoor, followed by a soak in the beautiful clawed feet bath in the bathroom, or a hot shower, then a glass of wine in front of a roaring fire and even a meal out at any one of the nearby pubs or restaurants - this is what this wonderful accommodation offers.
