A wonderful cottage. Very comfortable and well equipped with a pretty secure garden, which has recently extended. The owners are super helpful and responsive. Lots to see and do locally and everywhere is extremely dog friendly. This was our third time visiting and we would happily stay again....

First visit to Dorset England, very much enjoyed the region and the stay in Cattistock as a good point to start our daily visits! World recommend thuis place to anybody who likes a different kind of activities and the quietness and cosyness of a little village. Ivy Cottage is a lovely property - furnished and equipped to a high standard. It has a beautiful garden - perfect for eating outside on a warm evening or just sitting out to enjoy the flowers and the wildlife. The village of Cattistock is a pleasant and friendly with lots to visit locally. There's a pub, shop and post office within five minutes walk and the local orchard serves cider and pizza out amongst the apple trees on Saturdays! ...

A perfect village retreat in rural Dorset. Ivy Cottage is a lovely, well proportioned property situated in the centre of the beautiful, small, very friendly village of Cattistock with easy road access to Dorchester & the Dorset coast. The cottage is very well appointed to a good standard throughout & has a nice, dog friendly garden to the rear. A credit to the owners. A well stocked village shop & quaint local pub are close by. This is a peaceful, relaxing, very friendly village. No rush hour. No street lights. No stress - & you maybe lucky enough to see the countryside spectacle of the local pack of hounds running through the village on most mornings. ...
