What a charming property in a peaceful location. Immaculately clean & very well equipped. Nice outside areas & plenty room for parking. Very spacious. Our dogs loved the garden & greeting the friendly dogs next door at the fence! We didn’t have young children with us but there were plenty books & toys there for them. Loved the patio doors opening onto a terrace from the main bedroom. Beds were super comfy. We had a very pleasant stay & would love to return. Very close to Bodmin for shopping & beaches, Porthcothan is beautiful & Lanhydrock is worth a visit .All in all a great little find now on our favourites list. Thank you...

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. It was full of lots of really thoughtful touches and the hosts made themselves available should we need them. Made some special memories there and would happily go back.

Lovely converted barn, furnished to a very high standard. Great open plan arrangement downstairs which was lovely as everyone was always together and we could chat. Bedrooms with ensuites were great and a lovely family bathroom for the other 2 rooms. There were 5 adults in our party and the house was plenty big enough. There are other houses in close proximity but you aren’t overlooked when in the garden. Our 2 dogs did manage to get out of the garden, so it’s not entirely secure. Wi-Fi is not the best. Even though I have raised a couple of negatives it wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. ...
