A delightful cottage, well situated at the heart of the village, with all amenities within a few minutes walk. We particularly appreciated the network of riverside walks - all easily accessible from our front door. Worth mentioning that Sweet Briar benefits from easy off street parking - something which is at a real premium in Lerryn....

We had a lovely stay at Sweet Briar cottage. Lerryn itself is adorable. Our children played in the river most evenings and the store with its little ice cream hatch was delightful. The property itself is charming. From its very pretty exterior, it has a welcoming feel. It was clean and tidy throughout. The beds were soft and comfortable. We were grateful for the fresh milk on arrival so we could have a cup of tea after a long journey. The main family bathroom is small but the power shower is a joy. The garden is particularly special with its sweet treehouse and swing which our little ones really enjoyed. The seating area is just perfect to enjoy the evening sunshine with a glass of something and some nibbles. It is on a fairly steep slope so be aware if you have mobility issues. Sweet Briar is an ideal base to explore the nearby surrounding areas. Although Lerryn is tucked away, you don’t have to travel far to find local treasures....

Nice property but not huge but does the job. Unfortunately you pay a premium to be in Lerryn which is the most beautiful location but restricts some families....
