We had a fantastic holiday at the old school room. It was great to be able to walk to pubs, restaurants, shops and the beach within minutes and yet stay n a peaceful location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old School Room. It was in a great location and the parking is a bonus. The views from the garden are lovely and our dog enjoyed pottering about there. The cottage is nicely furnished and well equipped. We were lucky with the weather and took advantage of the sun to walk the beach and explore the Lizard. I can recommend the Marconi centre at Mullion if you’re interested in radio communications and the location is stunning. Food wise we ate twice at the Kings Arms - very small but good beer and very good pub food. I can definitely recommend this as a place to stay....

The accommodation was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay in Marazion! The living space is perfect and the bedrooms/bathrooms comfortable. The parking is a big selling point! We could then just walk for days out from the property. Dog friendly was great also as our dog loved the garden and strolls down to the beach....

The Old School Room was well equipped and comfortable.
Great location, close to a dog beach and all that Maraziob has to offer. Ideal location for exploring the southern tip of Cornwall.

We had a great 2 week break. Close to town centre, and even closer to a fantastic coffee shop! Very well fitted-out, spacious upper floor and the woodburner really heats the top floor fast (shop in town sells logs). Parking big enough for mid-size SUV, just make sure the handbrake works! They grey cat who visits isn't grumpy, just looks it ??...
