The Old School Room is a wonderful cottage. It is in a wonderful location and the mount and beach are easily walkable. There is an even nearer dog walking beach than long rock and a lovely walk on the hillside behind the cottage. The garden is secure for dogs although I did have to block a gap by the pole as my dog was taking a lot of interest in it! We caught the direct but to Penzance and St Ives to avoid traffic and parking. This was easy and the stop was near the property. I am struggling to think of any negatives. This cottage met all our needs (walkable beach/pub/Mount) and was lean with everything for a great stay. A lovely welcome ‘pack’ too, including milk, tea bags, scones and dog treats was a ‘welcome’ surprise. Book here and you won’t be disappointed....
