Wonderful place for a large family reunion. Accommodation was perfect and annex handy for not-so-good-sleeping 20 month toddler (and parents!) We all enjoyed the hot tub and loved Shaldon with its botanical gardens and zoo.

I came here with my family to celebrate my birthday 11 of us and dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place although the roads were very narrow approaching the property, but that is Devon for you. The hot tub was a definite hit and the scenery spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay in the main house but the annex didn't come up to standard. Hot tub excellent, really nice bbq. Lovely garden and views. Peaceful and quiet. Dogs really enjoyed their self running around the big garden.
