We were a party of 6 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs. The house and annex were spotless, and included everything we needed for our stay. The newly refurbished annex is absolutely beautiful with everything you would ever require and all spanking new. Fabulous decking area to view the estuary, the house also has fabulous views. Walked to Shaldon along the beach at low tide- other places within easy reach by car. Children all enjoyed the play park at the house ,slide, pool table, football table and general space. We had no problems whilst there but I'm sure if we had any they would have been sorted by the local owner. All in all it's a fab house in fantastic location and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!...

This was a wonderful place to stay with the extended family over New year. The children loved the games room and everyone enjoyed the hot tubs. The annexe was especially welcome for the older members - somewhere to go to relax. The views from the property across the estuary were wonderful. We would love to come back....

The location was stunning with views over the estuary and only a 30 minute walk into lovely Shaldon The kids loved watching the trains going back & forth from the decking. Views were amazing from all parts of the house. Bedrooms & bathrooms so beautifully decorated in both the main house & cottage. Amenities were second to none with the play area, bbq & games room; Adults loved the big slide. Thank for an amazing stay we will definitely return again....

Beautiful location, great for family holiday . Main house was great although we had a few issues with the annexe which seemed to have only recently been completed.
