Lakeview House is a stunning, contemporary, home in an exceptional lakeside setting. It has a huge fully enclosed garden, hot tub and path to the lake.
This is the view from your hot tub!
Lakeview House is the left of these two wonderfully high quality holiday homes.
Lakeview House has an amazing spacious modern kitchen with breakfast bar, an electric mini-oven for additional cooking power and a Tassimo Happy Coffee machine for that all important morning coffee.
The kitchen looks out across fields at the back of the house and over the garden and lakes to the front.
The very large sitting/dining-room with French doors to the patio, garden and lake beyond. The garden is fully fenced. The hot tub is just around to the right-hand side.
Another view of the sitting-room where there is comfortable seating for all.
Lakeview House and Lakeside House are semi-detached. There are privacy glass panels close to the house and then fencing between the two gardens.
There is a really large patio and French windows from the sitting-room as well as a sliding door from the kitchen.
This is the main bedroom on the first floor.
The room is exceptionally light and has a stunning high ceiling.
The fabulous super size window means that you can sit in bed with the most incredible unspoilt views in front of you.
The main bedroom has a really large walk-in shower in its en suite shower-room.
This is the king-size double bedroom on the first floor. Again this room has the most wonderful views.
This is the twin bedroom - also on the first floor
The first floor family bathroom has a large walk-in shower as well as a bath.
This double bedroom is on the second floor. There is a very convenient cloakroom on the second floor too.
Last but not least - on the second floor - there is even this wonderful play-room equipped with TV, games and toys for children. (The games console provided is no longer a Nintendo Wii).
This is the totally unique setting for Lakeview House. Incredible views from the house, in a lovely rural setting.
A little (child-proof) garden gate takes you to the lake which is reserved for the enjoyment of guests at Lakeview and Lakeside only.
This photo shows you more of the wider setting. The lake in the foreground is one of the other fishing lakes at this beautiful location.
Lyme Regis is right on the east Devon and Dorset border. Perfect for a family day out.

Another fantastic stay at a gorgeous property. Excellent facilities and hosts
Mr Parker August 2021
This is a fabulous property and idyllic settings with the peace and quiet second to none. It seems churlish to make any comments but an improvement suggestion would be a much larger fridge unit, eight persons need more space for a weeks holiday, plus some occasional tables in the large excellent living area. Pictures back to other family members were met with envy. Thank you for the loan of your property for this oh so short week. Everything about the property is superb and worth every penny. Probably the best property we have stayed in EVER over 50 years. Colin & Ann Parker and Parker family....

Mrs Bell July 2020
We had a wonderful relaxing stay and The view over the lake was fantastic. The cottage had ample space for our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers!!) which was hugely appreciated. The hot tub was a real bonus and used by all the family at various times. In these tricky times, we all felt incredibly safe with the hygiene measures that have been put into place. Thank you for a fab stay! ...

We booked this place for my wife's 50th birthday. It's a great place to stay for a family get together. We have booked to go back in August. Very well looked after by owners.
