Lakeview House has an amazing spacious modern kitchen with breakfast bar, an electric mini-oven for additional cooking power and a Tassimo Happy Coffee machine for that all important morning coffee.
The kitchen looks out across fields at the back of the house and over the garden and lakes to the front.
The very large sitting/dining-room with French doors to the patio, garden and lake beyond. The garden is fully fenced. The hot tub is just around to the right-hand side.

Lakeview House and Lakeside House are semi-detached. There are privacy glass panels close to the house and then fencing between the two gardens.
There is a really large patio and French windows from the sitting-room as well as a sliding door from the kitchen.
This is the main bedroom on the first floor.
The room is exceptionally light and has a stunning high ceiling.
The fabulous super size window means that you can sit in bed with the most incredible unspoilt views in front of you.
The main bedroom has a really large walk-in shower in its en suite shower-room.
This is the king-size double bedroom on the first floor. Again this room has the most wonderful views.

The first floor family bathroom has a large walk-in shower as well as a bath.
This double bedroom is on the second floor. There is a very convenient cloakroom on the second floor too.
Last but not least - on the second floor - there is even this wonderful play-room equipped with TV, games and toys for children.
This is the totally unique setting for Lakeview House. Incredible views from the house, in a lovely rural setting.
A little (child-proof) garden gate takes you to the lake which is reserved for the enjoyment of guests at Lakeview and Lakeside only.

Great week at Lakeview House. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Welcome essentials very much appreciated. Good base to explore the East Devon Coast and other attractions nearby. Hot tub very welcoming. Plenty of parking space for more than 1 car. Flexible accommodation for large families or generations of family. Stair gates fitted throughout the house and equipment for baby and toddlers. Separate lounge with TV and games great to entertain children. House next door can also be rented. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return....

Had a fabulous week at Lakeview. We’re there for a family holiday not the fishing and it was perfect! If you care about Wi-Fi then it’s not the greatest but it was doable. Personally I don’t care but if you do just be aware!

We stayed at Lakeview House with our two little sons (2 and 4 years old) and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, spacious, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. There were a lot of toys, games and dvd's for our kids. We enjoyed the big garden very much and especially the hot tub. The view on the lake was wonderful. Communication with the owner was very easy. We would definitely recommend Lakeview House!...
