Bull Pen is a lovely comfortable cottage in a tranquil location. We were impressed by the quality of furnishings, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for self catering. The design and fittings in the property make if feel like a real home, rather than just a holiday let. Although the farm is adjacent to the cottage, there was little noise intrusion inside the property. One new feature for us was the underfloor heating, it seemed to work satisfactorily, and there is a wood burner available. ...

Excellent cottage finished to a really high standard. Lovely setting with easy access to the coast and the Lizard Peninsula. Would highly recommend a stay in this very comfortable quiet setting.
