We had a great time at the Bull Pen. The owner, Paul, is a lovely chap! We had a small problem with the gate latch and were in the process of contacting him about it, but before we did he'd fixed it! The Bull Pen was immaculately clean, very well equipped with a lovely large-sized , sunny garden which our boys loved playing football in. Lovely, quiet location and exceptionally well placed. Avoids all the busy areas and so quick to get to Kynance Cove, The Lizard, Mullion and others. We had a fantastic Easter there enjoying cliff walks, our boys climbing beach rocks, ice creams and lovely Cornish pub lunches. The tv is not a smart tv but does have Netflix which was great. The bedrooms downstairs overlook the farm barns but we were mainly upstairs in lounge/diner area with view of fields in distance. The property was really spacious and peaceful. We have visited the Bull Pen many times and it is always beautifully presented and immaculate. It really does feel like coming home and we hope to return again to make some more happy family memories.

We would recommend the Bull Pen for anyone looking for a stay in Cornwall. Property was clean and tidy and within good travelling distance of other places.

Our second stay at this cottage. It’s very well equipped, clean and comfortable. A short drive away are the scenic coves of Gunwalloe and it was lovely to visit in the evening. A choice of supermarkets and other shops are close by too.
