I was staying with my senior dog at the sheep hut and we simply loved it! The barn is spacious yet very homey and you've got everything you need (and more). The handwritten card and the personal Hello was heartwarming and the small garden and the surrounding fields were pawfect for little strolls. It's also a convenient base to explore the north as well as the south coast so we ended up staying longer than originally planned! Thank you for everything, we definately made memories for life ? ...

We had a fantastic relaxing week in July at The Sheep Shed. The weather was great which added to our holiday. The owner visited us within a couple of hours of our arrival to let us know some extra information. This included looking out for the local barn owl, who promptly appeared on queue then and every subsequent night. We loved sitting on the patio or the sofa in the evening watching the sun go down and all the wildlife in the meadows. This included sheep, passing foxes, pheasants and rabbits Our dog Ruby was welcomed with her own basket of treats and essentials. Don't worry if you forget doggy bowls towels or brushes, they're all here. The barn has been beautifully renovated with the most comfortable super-king size bed we've ever slept on, in a holiday cottage. To be honest it's scary recommending this cottage, as it may become so booked up we won't be able to come back, which we definitely hope to do....
